As honda recommends to replace all seals, gaskets, circlips, etc if removed

Yeah they say that... But it's pretty easy to see if the o-ring is damaged.. But I'm only talking specifically of o-rings. You should always replace gaskets and seals if they are disturbed, not so much circlips though, as long as they aren't warped or broken, I see no problem with them.

It takes a while for the fuel to make its way past the carbs once you take them apart for cleaning

Do you have spark?

Spark, air and fuel are all you need to get this party started

RE: Cleaning Carbs
so, okay, the bike runs now, but only on three cylinders, sprayed the headers with water and found out that the right-hand one most doesn't (the one near the radiator cap).
did a spark test, didn't remove the plug, just got a spare one then checked...none...then grounded it properly, good spark...
now, where to? do you think the ignition coil's crappy?
by the way, all of my plugs i replaced april this year with iridiums, i dunno if that could be it...
