For the last 4-5 months, my wife and I have not listened to radio or music when in the car. We have been listening to these guys.

You might not find it immediately funny, it takes a little while to get where this humour comes from. The star is actually the little bald Manchurian with a head like a fucking orange, Karl Pilkington - widely regarded by many of his peers as the funniest man alive. I have about 50 odd hours of their UK radio shows but more importantly their massive series of podcasts (the most downloaded podcast ever with well in excess of 10 million downloads). I reckon it's one of the greatest bodies of comedic work ever put together, and probably only beaten in terms of sheer volume by The Simpsons. And like the Simpsons, you can listen to repeats several times over because there is just so much of it you can't remember it all. On several occasions I have nearly crashed the fucking car because I was just plain shitting myself laughing - pretty damn good way to start the day huh?

While in China, a man is very sexually promiscuous and does not use a condom all the time he is there.

The next day, the man seeks out a Chinese doctor, figuring that he'll know more about the disease. The Chinese Doctor examines his penis and proclaims, 'Ah, yes, Mongolian VD. Velly ware disease.'

The guy says to the doctor, 'Yeah, yeah, I already know that but what can we do? My American doctor wants to operate and amputate my penis!'

The Chinese doctor shakes his head and laughs. 'Stupid American docttah, know diddery squat, always want to opawate. Make more money dat way. No need to amputate!'

Oh, Thank God!' the man replies.

'Yes,' says the Chinese doctor, 'wait two weeks. Fawl off by self!'
