so got some more done and found some more things wrong with it... Sad

swingarm + chain =

its made it all the way through to the bearings... so im now on the lookout for a swingarm.

anyway, im chucking it back together atm anyway.

Also when you split the cases did you even bother with a case splitter?

Splitting the cases on my CR250 was a fucking bitch. Just glad I didn't own a case splitter because I would have destroyed the case bolts attempting to use it.

ive been a slack prick and have done a total of taking the tank off after taking that pic. Started trying to finish off the motor a while ago, but there wasnt any room in the shed, and i need a bit of room to spread out all the bits too figure out what goes where. ill get there one day Tongue

my case splitter was a copper hammer and a couple of copper/brass punches. took it easy and didnt focus on one point and it came apart fine. took a while though
