RE: good n bad
I've gotten to $1.40 with my 19 and not in top gear, 4th or 5th and it was still pulling hard before I backed off, I'd reckon it'a do $2.00.
My bike sits on $1.00 at around 9 1/2 thou rpm is that about right? REALLY?

Yerp a derp, that is right, so you will have about $2.00 at 18k... ![]() If you think about it, it is cruising at about half its redline, which is about normal (maybe slightly high but is a 250 sports bike) even in a car with a small capacity motor..... ie: not a big lazy V8. With such a short stroke they love to rev and can do 9 1/2 all day easily!!!! [13:17] Wally: i love google [13:17] Wally: *hugs android* [13:17] Wally: if google were a chick .. I'd bone her |

RE: good n bad
all the jap imports are speed limited to 180(it's the law the japan). so if your's is stuck around 180 then it's pretty standard.
There's a guide somewhere to unrestricted

RE: good n bad
The ciblet isn't limited to 180kph, the limiter is the little dot on the speedo, at about 192/193.
You can't judge top speed by how the bike goes at 140, wind resistance grows exponentially with speed. I hit the limiter with my rr, but 7 or 8 more k's would have been a tall order, and that's indicated speed, not measured. Justin.
