Do you have your full license? If not then look at something else.

RE: good n bad
If you're talking about the CBR400 then unless you have your full license you can't ride it, and if you do have your full license, I'd suggest getting a newer bike as it'll just be less hassle.

If you're talking about the RVF400 (note: not the VFR, as that's not learner legal either) then it is learner legal and from what I've heard is a very good bike. They put out anything from 58ish-61ish hp at the rear wheel which will be a nice step after the CBR250RR, especially since their geared to make just over 200km/h (just like the cbr250rr) so the acceleration will be a lot better, plus the V4 configuration means their not very wide and the 400cc means their still extremely light and flickable.

However their still an old bike with old bike problems, so buy a good one! It's possible to find them with full service manuals, though you'll pay for it.

'Speed bump'? I think you mean 'ramp'

^ I've never heard of a CBR250RR breaking 200km/h with a normal sized rider on it.. I was lucky to even touch 180km/h on mine. The RVF maxes the speedo with ease Smile
