learner legal?

learner legal?
couldn't find anything about them being learner legal or not
the lams website didn't have them listed
but i thought it might be coz they were never made here and only imported

also im in nsw

anything about what??
If your referring to a cbr250 they fall under this category

All motorcycles with an engine capacity under 260ml are approved with the exception of:
Suzuki RGV250
Kawasaki KR250 (KR-1 and KR1s models)
Honda NSR250
Yamaha TZR250
Aprila RS250

pretty sure he is talking about the cbr400, this being the 400 section. as far as I know they are not learner legal.

lol my bad... they aren't learner legal as far as i can tell. If they aren't on the list then there is no exception when it comes to greater than 260ml

Yeah I've known a few that are listed as LAMS approved despite what the published RTA list says.

Basically as long as the rego for the individual bike states LAMS approved you're sweet.
