just under 20.....You get a free AGV helmet at 20.

After reading the "How safe is your helmet thread" I pulled up before I got to 20 Smile

Was there a girl there called Teresa? Short girl half Puerto Rican/ Chinese girl with a super love for bike - especially Ducati's as she works there in head office.

She had video on-board with the whole experience from that day at the Farm. Said there was moments of 160+ in a slide coming into corners.

The amazing thing is the bike is basically a stock 1198S with some different front springs and oil and a TTX rear with a stiffer spring, other than that the bike is stock.

He ended up pumping out 1:38's at the island with the right pillion

As the others have mentioned getting started in racing is pretty simple.

1) Join a club
2) Get a MA licence
3) Enter a race

I've budgeted 5k for a full season of PCRA but my bike is fully setup and I have all the gear.

Once I save a bit of cash I'll be on the hunt for a cheap 250 to race.

Send me a PM if you want any info on PCRA.

Yep there was a short asian girl there. She was with an older guy that didn't seem too into bikes but she was. My mate & I were trying to work out was her story was. Ducati head office huh, that explains it.

Troy was well on it in the wet. Rides like he's angry with the bike, track or the world. Mega aggressive yet smooth. I learnt more in two laps than a full day at superbike school.
I would definitely do it again which is a surprise. I was so-so on the idea of a two up ride before my epiphany.
I want to do it at the creek as I think I would learn alot. The farm was great & I was there again seven days later for a full day in cars. The place is special. However I think the most benefit for me would be Eastern Creek. Hence I'm on the waitlist with them.
