Also to the OP, do yourself a favour and buy some Skins off Ebay.
Don't bother with the expesnive one's, just get some cheap ones (there is a seller in Perth that has top and pants for about $40 shipped).
Skins reduce chaffing of the nether regions and other delicate parts as well as make it a shitload easier to get in and out of your leathers.

RE: First Trackday - Need Leathers
Skins sounds like a good idea. If you have a link, that would be great.

....and I agree. Not too tempted to buy second hand leathers (or borrow them - but thanks for the offer anyway). A full day with me sweating on the track, and you wont want them back Wink

Might go check the Beriks after work today! $649 is a pretty good price at Action Motorcycles.

^^ Here's a link to teh seller. He is actually based in QLD:
http://www.ebay.com.au/sch/smart-sports/...1439.l2654

I can't find the direct link to the compression top and pants but just had a look in my Egay history and they cost me $59.95 with free postage.

i only offered to lend, as these are not 'worth' selling (more so buying) as they've been road-tested a couple of times (see rashed up)

as for sweaty dirty leathers.... remove the lining and throw them in the cold wash, hang inside to dry.. they come up new again Smile

RE: First Trackday - Need Leathers
There would be nothing wrong with Hype's used leathers.
Hype does 1'40 round the Creek "no sweat" if I'm not mistaken Smile
