old road crash, fes up guys
http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/news/l-...6240215513

I see some 250rr's there. anyone from this forum involved in this or know what happened? Looks like someone has gone wide into the wrong lane my guess is the cbr is to blame here?? Wondered why there was a sudden surge in the po po down thereAngry.

Pro tip avoid riding with friends when new you will feel pressured to push it harder to keep up and shit like this happens.

Whoah .. nasty!

I was going to say "Why blame the cibby" but looking at it .. seems he crossed the line on it's side looking at how they are mashed together, and looks like a LH corner for the 250, unless they got all spun around and we are just assuming the noob did it Smile

If someone's pressuring a noob to keep up on a road like that then they are not your friend.

Hard to tell much from the photos and article. I doubt two bikes would come to a complete stop at the point of impact so unless you know which direction each bike was going and what kind of bend they were on its only guessing who was at fault and you'd have a 50/50 chance if being right.

i know exactly that bend. most likely the yellow cibby hit few bumps and failed to turn left before running wide into oncoming traffic.

90% of collisions up that road that i hear off are caused by inexperienced riders running into oncoming traffic

usually a noob feeling they need to keep up.......

if you asked me.........id say cbr crossed lanes but wasnt going full speed....possibly sliding already and 250r had time to slow down a bit........
otherwise things would have been much worse.......
