What to do when your gf doesn't let you buy a bike

As the title states... the mrs wont let me buy a set of wheels for 3k but wants a wedding that costs 30k

I don't like where this is headed T_T

Mrs is a good cook and will get me out of a lot of problems being a forigner... so dumping her just yet isn't and option...

So the question is... how do I convince her? Do I buy one in secret? What would you do?

My missus always tries to blackmail me with that shit. "ohh why will you spend thousands on a bike but not on a ring", my answer is simply that a bike has a use, a ring doesn't.
