Didn't think you could get tank covers for MC22, thought it had to be resprayed?

That's a 600RR fairing.

RE: Calling Ozzy or excite for tank cover
It's not fully mounted but I cracked it a bit putting it on (from the tank cap hole, but put a tiny drill hole in the cover to stop it cracking further, I'll fix it later). But from what I've seen so far it seems to fit ok, can't tell until I bolt it all down.

RE: Calling Ozzy or excite for tank cover
I try my best to avoid tank covers. So far, have never seen one that sits well on the tank. The tyga cover comes in 2 pieces, which helps a lot with fitment. But the chinese version is one piece, not so easy to install.

I checked with a few people that bought tank cover in the past, none of them was 100% happy. Common issues were: hard to fit, weak tabs that hold the cover, cover is "floating" over the tank, tank cap will not be leveled with the cover (about 1cm lower).

It is all about personal opinion. You may not mind these little "issues" and be quite happy with a tank cover. I'm never happy if the fitment is under my standards, so I try to not associate myself with them. If a customer insists, I include a cover with their order, but I make sure they understand what they are buying.

Keep in mind you can get your tank professionally painted here in Sydney, in any flat colour for about $150, plus another $50 in stickers. The panel beater I know sprays the tank, and let you put the stickers on before the clear coats.

Good luck. Let us know what you think of the cover when you install it.

+1 best off getting your tank resprayed for the price, instead of a tank cover! They have a really shit fitment (gap on top of the tank) and the tab cracked at the front where I put mine on and didn't even screw it on tight.

If you do go down this route though, I suggest putting a couple of washers under the front tab before tightening it down, so you don't crack the front tab.
