Thanks mate, apprecicate it.
Okay, quick question to anyone. I pulled out my Carbies, cleaned them and removed all my fairings and cleaned them. I also removed my Rec/Reg and checked it with an Multimeter to ensure it wasnt faulty and at the same time check the three yellow wires going to the rec/reg to check the Alternatore at it seemed fine.. But now, after doing all that, my kill switch doesnt work.. How did I dissable my kill switch?

RE: New to the forum...
Did you reconnect your earth wire properly?

Pull your killswitch off and give it a clean (CRC electrical cleaner works well), failing that follow the wires until you find your problem. Big Grin

RE: New to the forum...
Thanks Mr Scrooge McRuff, I took the earth off and found there was a bit of gunk where it joins to the frame, so I cleaned that up and the bike started no sweat for several cranks. Silly me!

The next evening however it started loosing power as I rode (I'd say definitely electrical) lights flickering dim, struggling to idle etc... Does anyone have any idea... It almost as if poor circuits because at one stage, it failed to start after I stopped for a brief chat with a mate so I left it for 20minutes and just before I went to push it, she cranked over on her own.. As if the battery was flicking in and out of connection, but I assure you, the terminals are definitely connected too correctly.. Would this be just some poor junction somewhere or characteristics of an underlying issue?
