Luke, it really all depends on where you want to live, what you want to do with your lifestyle. Is the beach important, or is a good dog park actually suffice?

Nudgee has a "beach" you can take the dog too as well. It's much closer to the city than Bribie Island.

They're not exactly beaches down here really. Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast have beaches, but not Brissie.
