Bike won't crank after being stolen

So my mc22 was stolen late last year, I had it recovered but it's highly damaged, so I'm getting around to fixing it, replaced reg/rec, starter solenoid, cdi, battery, checked fuzes, all the plain as day stuff like neutral, side stand and kill switch all good, I've got the lights coming on, but it won't crank what so ever, I've checked the wiring from starter solenoid and the green/red wire is alittle burnt but from what I can tell that runs to the switchblock, can anyone confirm and also what else could it be? Thanks!

Does the starter solenoid click when you push the starter button?

It's wasn't, but I found the issue after I stripped the loom and followed the burnt wire from starter solenoid, it lead to the silicone rectifier, I noticed that the wire going from silicone rectifier to neutral switch was burnt aswell, I replaced both of them wires and the silicone rectifier and she now cranks, she don't start but the carb boots are f**ked and might need new plugs so I'll change them out then keep trying to start her, anyone know what could have caused the wires to burn?
