You may have fouled your plugs from running from a rich idle.

Def fuel related. Empty tank or pump. Plugs don't foul at 10k rpm

check spark plugs, check the breather hole under the fuel filler cap isn't clogged, carb clean.

carbs could have eaten some rust that got stirred up from riding, vac tap could have decided to stop working, hole in diaphragm, vac hose split a bit more, could have had a prob wi tank vacuum, not letting fuel down,

take tank off, hook up a vac line and test flow

Its an Mc19, their biggest issue is fuel pump failure.
here is a step by step to follow:
    1. decide whether fuel is reaching the carbies. ( take tank off, loosen a drain screw on the carby and see if anything flows out.)
If fuel is not flowing follow step 2. If fuel is reaching the carbies then your problem is breakdown of spark or carbies dirty as fuck.

    2. If fuel is not flowing decide where it is being held up. (tank has fuel?? kinks in fuel line, check that fuel flows from the fuel tap on the tank. This can be achieved by setting the fuel tap to reserve, and sucking gently on the small hose that attaches to the fuel tap (not the fuel line)

    3. If fuel is flowing from the fuel tap but not reaching the carbies you should now check two things. Do you have an inline fuel filter? Is it clogged? No? then it is now most likely your fuel pump.
How to test your fuel pump: Attach the feed line from the tank to the pump so that fuel can flow to the pump. Place the other end of the line that normally attaches to the carbys in a bottle. Make sure your fuel pump is connected to the power and your ignition is on. with the killswitch OFF crank the starter button 3-4 times for short bursts. If fuel does NOT splurt into the bottle than your pump is rooted.

Long weekend is coming, get your tools and sort that thing out yo.
