Im looking at making a batch of Biltong soon and have a great chilli spice rub recipe... Basically rock salt, black pepper, coriander seed powder and chilli. might try a batch with smoked paprika too.
It will be my first attempt and Im just wondering if anyone else has tried this before and can offer any tips from their experience. My main concern is to whether or not build a dehydrating box or use the fan forced oven.
any tips would be great.
